Can i return the products?
The customer must receive the product in perfect condition. If there is any negligence on our part, the store credit will be refunded.
In these cases only:
The merchant sent the wrong product.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged during shipping.
If the customer wishes to return the product without meeting the above conditions, the delivery fee will be deducted, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and unused.
When will I receive my item?
After receiving your order, it will be delivered within two business days.
Can I change my item?
The product can be exchanged if it is in its original packaging and unused, and the delivery fee will be deducted.
